The Executive Board provides advice and guidance for the Scheme Manager on the day to day running of Managing a Masterpiece: The Stour Valley Landscape Partnership and scrutiny of the Scheme management.
During the Development Stage of the Scheme the Executive Board took on a greater role in developing the Scheme following the resignation of the Scheme Manager after five months in post. Executive Board members increased their input into the Scheme to ensure that the stage 2 was delivered on time and to budget as they recognised the appointment of a new Scheme Manager in the available time frames was not achievable.
The Executive Board will provide an induction to the Scheme for the new Scheme Manger and provide additional support during the first two months of the implementation phase. The Executive Board meet every four to six weeks as required.
